Do I have to be fit to learn Capoeira?

No, you will gain an all-around fitness training with us. You will gradually build up your strength, flexibility and techniques as you work through your belts. No matter how old or how fit you are, you can express yourself in Capoeira.

Do I need experience?

There is no need to have martial arts or gymnastics experience. We will start you off with the basic steps then on to more advanced movements when you are ready.

Do I have to know Portuguese?

You don't have to know Portuguese to start. You will gradually learn the language as you progress.
