Boys & Girls ClubAs a part of our committment to the community, CDO Hawaii offers free Kids Capoeira Class at Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii. A student must be registered at Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii (BGCH). Click here to enroll. You will need to be at least 7 years old to register.

A student will learn basic step of Capoeira (Ginga), proper stretching technique, conditioning, strength training, basic escapes, attacks, music, and the most importantly, decipline.

The benefits of Capoeira are endless. Not only does it improve your physical strength, flexibility and reflexes, but also improves your musicality and overall energy. The spirit of Capoeira can be extremely playful and does not sololy rely on strength and power, thus enabling men, women and children to train and play together. You will also meet many people from various backgrounds. A Capoeira class is a great place to make new friends!
